เป็นกฎหมายควบคุมความปลอดภัย การออกแบบและคุณภาพของกระจกสำหรับอาคาร จำแนกรายชื่อมาตรฐานดังต่อไปนี้
(1)    TCVN 7736: 2007 — Draw sheet glass เกณฑ์การพิจารณา คือ Exterior defects and dimensional errors โดยการทดสอบ (Test method) อ้างอิง TCVN 7219: 2002
(2)    TCVN 7218: 2005 — Floating glass เกณฑ์การพิจารณา คือ Exterior defects and dimensional errors โดยการทดสอบ (Test method) อ้างอิง TCVN 7219: 2002

การควบคุมคุณภาพของกระจกสำหรับอาคาร (Building glass products and goods):
–    ต้องควบคุมคุณภาพทั้งขั้นตอนการผลิตและการจัดจำหน่าย
–    ต้องติดแสดงเครื่องหมาย Regulation conformity marks บนสินค้า บรรจุภัณฑ์ หรือเอกสารทีเกี่ยวข้อง
–    ต้องได้รับการรับรองมาตรฐาน ISO 9001:2008 (กรณีผู้นำเข้า)
–    มีผลบังคับใช้ตั้งแต่ August 1, 2009
